This website is operated by Cherleyans Restaurant, Coffee Shop, Hideout & Rakes Event Rentals ("Cherleyans", "we", "us"), located at 12 Coconut St, Tse Addo, Accra, Behind Tse Addo GOIL Filling Station. For any privacy question, contact us at cherleyans@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, reservation, event, catering or rental form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, organisation, phone number, email address, event date, guest numbers and the notes you add.
When you order or book through WhatsApp, that conversation is handled inside WhatsApp under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
We use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages, menus and buttons are used. This is aggregate usage data, not a profile of you.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, confirm bookings and orders, arrange deliveries and collections, and keep a record of the arrangement.
To improve the website and our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Who sees it
Only Cherleyans staff who need it to serve you, and — where relevant — our sister business Rakes Event Rentals and the delivery team. Form submissions are routed to a monitored Cherleyans email address.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry and booking records only as long as needed for the arrangement and our normal business records. You may ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing cherleyans@gmail.com.
