Room details & house policy
- Capacity
- The room seats up to 18 guests on sectional sofas.
- Days & times
- Daily: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Advance booking advised)
- Booking duration
- Open daily, 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM. Minimum booking 1 hour; extra hours can be added on the night subject to availability.
- Deposit
- A 50% advance deposit confirms Friday and Saturday evening slots.
- Food & drink
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted; full table service is provided from the Cherleyans kitchen and bar.
- Age policy
- Under-18s are welcome until 7:00 PM when accompanied by an adult. After 7:00 PM the room is 18+.
- Song system
- Touchscreen song system with a 60,000+ track catalogue and live queueing from your phone.
Karaoke room guidelines
A safe, comfortable karaoke experience
Please treat the room, furniture and equipment with care and enjoy responsibly.
Please do
- Have fun and enjoy the karaoke experience.
- Handle microphones and remotes carefully.
- Use chairs and sofas as intended.
- Call a member of staff for help with songs, volume or the karaoke system.
- Keep food and drinks on tables and away from the TV, speakers, microphones and remotes.
- Report any spill, equipment issue or accidental damage to staff immediately.
Please do not
- Throw, drop or misuse microphones or remotes.
- Touch, hit or place items against the TV screen.
- Jump or stand on chairs, sofas or other furniture.
- Tamper with cables, settings, connections, speakers or other equipment.
- Turn the karaoke system, TV or speakers on or off yourself.
- Move or disconnect karaoke equipment without staff assistance.
Important
All system controls are handled by Cherleyans staff. Guests should use only the song-search and selection features demonstrated by staff. Any damage caused during a session may be charged to the responsible group.
